As the Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients after they sign on with Gabriel Virissimo’s coaching programs. You will ensure clients are satisfied, track their progress, and provide support throughout their coaching journey. You will also gather feedback to continuously improve the service and increase client retention.
Job activities:
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into the coaching programs.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and progress.
- Provide solutions to any issues or concerns clients may have.
- Offer guidance and resources to help clients achieve their goals.
- Track client progress and document feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the coaching team to personalize the client experience.
#OVERVIEW
A successful candidate for this role will be someone with strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in client management. This role requires patience, empathy, and a passion for helping clients succeed.
#EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with clients in the coaching or service industries is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
